New sales and retention bonus
For new fully insured or level-funded medical cases with up to 100 employees

UnitedHealthcare is offering a bonus to agents in California who sell new fully insured or level-funded medical groups with up to 100 employees with effective dates of April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.

Eligible groups are new fully insured or level-funded medical groups with up to 100 eligible employees in California that have effective dates of April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023, and at least 10 employees enrolled for UnitedHealthcare medical coverage. Only agents permanently located in California are eligible for the bonus.

New sales bonus: California agents who meet the qualification requirements of this bonus will receive a bonus of $100 for each enrolled employee in eligible medical groups sold during the bonus period.

Renewal bonus: An additional bonus of $100 per enrolled employee will be paid if a group that receives the new sales bonus renews coverage the following year. Another bonus of $100 for each enrolled employee will be paid if the group renews coverage again in the subsequent year.

New Sales Bonus for Fully Insured Harmony Medical Cases
For new fully insured Harmony medical cases with up to 100 eligible employees

UnitedHealthcare is offering a bonus to agents in California who sell new fully insured Harmony medical groups with up to 100 eligible employees with effective dates of April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. Only agents permanently located in California are eligible for the bonus.

Eligible groups are new fully insured medical groups with up to 100 eligible employees with at least 1 enrolled employee in a Harmony medical plan in California that have effective dates of April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023, enrolled in UnitedHealthcare medical coverage.

California agents who meet the qualification requirements of this bonus will receive a bonus of $100 for each enrolled employee in a Harmony medical plan during the bonus period. The Maximum bonus for an eligible group (or collection of affiliated groups) is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
