Health Net has some important information regarding the Q4 2023 small business rates and benefits*.

Medical: There will be a minor rate adjustment for Q4 2023. HMO plans will see a 2.1% increase and PPO plans will have a 1.11% increase.** Please note, these rates are pending completion of regulatory review and are subject to change. Health Net will notify you of any modifications.

Dental, Vision, and Optional Chiro: There are no plan changes at this time.
Q4 2023 premium rates are now available in addition to the medical/vision/dental benefits for ACA-compliant plan policies. These will be effective from 10/1/2023 to 12/31/2023. You can view and download these resources at any time.
