Anthem Blue Cross has extended their Cigna + Oscar promotion for all 2025 effective dates.   
 For groups who are moving off Cigna + Oscar, the following items are needed:

- Small Group Employer Application 
- Cigna + Oscar bill / statement (80% enrollment required from on the C+O bill / statement and no reconciliation is required)
- Employee Enrollment
- 1st months premium

 Please note that groups must be headquartered in CA and Anthem Blue Cross will review groups with high out of state participation on a case-by-case basis.
