Children’s Hospital-Los Angeles has issued a notice to terminate its Contracting Hospital Agreement with Anthem Blue Cross. Despite efforts to reach reasonable contractual language and reimbursement rates beneficial to both parties, the two organizations have been unable to come to an agreement. As a result, the commercial hospital contract is set to terminate effective April 22, 2025. Children’s Hospital-Los Angeles, located in Los Angeles County, will be impacted by this change.
