Ease Transition: Upcoming Training Opportunities

The first round of Employee Navigator system and migration training for Ease customers are below:

  • Virtual Employee Navigator system training

  • Virtual migration tool training to teach you how to transfer groups to Employee Navigator

  • On-site training opportunities in Maryland and California covering both system training and migration tool training for customers looking for a more hands-on approach

Unable to make any of these dates? There will be trainings throughout 2026.

Virtual Employee Navigator system training: Learn how to use Employee Navigator including building groups, managing integrations, ACA reporting, open enrollment and more.

Notes: Capacity limited to 150 attendees per weekly session. We recommend attending if your agency is ready to actively start using Employee Navigator.

On-site training Employee Navigator training: Get hands-on training with our team that will cover both system training and how to migrate companies from Ease to Employee Navigator.

Cost for in-person training: $100 per attendee

Virtual Migration Tool training: Learn how to migrate groups from Ease to Employee Navigator. These webinars will focus specifically on using the migration tool.
