Guardian announced they are no longer offering Av_sis as a vision insurance option for their customers. Here’s a brief overview of what you need to know for your clients with Av_sis coverage:
Effective immediately, Guardian has ceased quoting Av_sis for new and in-force groups who do not currently offer this benefit.
Moving forward, Davis Vision will be quoted as the lower cost vision insurance option which best matches the Av_sis price point. At their renewal, Av_sis vision care customers will be matched with an equivalent Davis Vision plan at their current rate. Davis Vision provides comprehensive benefits with more than 152,000 access points.
