Four Primary Products:


1. DPC-Healthcare2U:
Ideal for our self-funded plans, this product offers special pricing and is seamlessly integrated through our TPA, eliminating the need for additional setup on our end. It is versatile enough to be applied to any group setting and is anticipated to become a favorite among brokers. Additionally, it can function as a dependent strategy, providing coverage where the primary member is a dependent rather than the employee.

  • Participation Requirement: $500 per month minimum (which can be met by a combination of employees and dependents).

2. Healthcare2U Under 10 with RX (DPC Plus + RX)
This product is designed for group settings where the $500 per month minimum cannot be met.

  • Participation Requirement: Minimum of 2 employees

3. Association/Individual Product (MyDPCplus)
This product is billed individually. It does not have an optional drug benefit.

  • Participation Requirement: 1

4. Healthcare2U and S & S Healthcare 
Together offer an additional product, a combination of a very basic MEC plan and DPC with no duplication of benefits.

  • Participation Requirement: 5 employees
