Here are the highlights:
  • Available in 36 states across the US.
  • Eligibility: If the company's headquarters are located in one of the 36 states, employees in any state can qualify.
  • Options: Employers can choose between Parental/Bonding Leave or Parental/Bonding Leave plus Family Care Leave.
  • Two Benefit Categories: Parental Leave or Parental Plus Family Care Leave (see attached Benefit Rider details).
  • Flexibility: Ideal for employers with a diverse workforce in multiple states, offering more standardized coverage.
  • Widest Availability: This is the most widely available rider of its type.
  • California Note: For California groups, since CA SDI and PFML are mandated, this rider can be an option for companies with employees located in other states.
