Health Net Makes Small Group Enrollment Easier Than Ever

Exciting news! Health Net made enhancements to their Enhanced Choice underwriting promotion, making it simpler than ever to enroll small groups with Health Net. 


Here’s what’s new:

  • Minimum enrollment dropped from 5 to 4 enrolled employees
  • No participation requirement when 10 or more employees enroll
 
For groups with 4–9 enrolling employees, they only need 25% participation. Plus, clients get full flexibility to mix and match any of their plans and networks with no restrictions.
 
Even better, any employees who are covered under another carrier through the same employer won’t count against participation, making it even easier to qualify.
 
And for groups with 10 or more enrolling employees — there’s no participation requirement at all.

  • NO Payroll 
  • NO Ownership Documents 
  • NO Prior Carrier Bill 
  • NO Participation Attestation (4-9 enrolling must list enough valid waivers on the census to verify participation)
