Jordan Swanson Joins Warner Pacific as Vice President, Central Markets

Warner Pacific is pleased to announce the addition of Jordan Swanson as Vice President, Central Markets, which currently includes Ohio, Illinois, and Iowa. In this role, Jordan will lead the company’s sales strategy and growth initiatives across the region, with a focus on deepening broker and carrier partnerships; driving performance; and fostering a strong, collaborative team culture.

Jordan joins Warner Pacific from Humana, where he led Employer Group Medical sales and growth strategies across multiple markets. His extensive background includes multiple senior leadership positions, such as Market President and Regional Vice President, where he successfully led teams, expanded market presence, and drove strategic growth across diverse healthcare landscapes.

“Jordan brings a rare combination of regional market expertise, strategic vision, and authentic leadership that aligns perfectly with our goals in the Midwest,” said John Kurath, Chief National Sales Officer at Warner Pacific. “We’re excited about the impact he’ll have as we continue building on the strong foundation established by our team in the region.”

Throughout his career, Jordan has demonstrated a consistent ability to build high-performing teams, shape innovative sales strategies, and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Known for his down-to-earth leadership style and deep understanding of market dynamics, Jordan is committed to cultivating a people-first culture that accelerates growth and delivers results.
