New Information on Kaiser Permanente Large Group for 2026

With Complete Suite, you get easy access to a menu of coverage levels, price points, and plan options. Plus, with a single request to your Kaiser Permanente account representative, you can get binding quotes on multiple plans for groups of up to 1,000 members.

New for 2026! Complete Suite portfolio additions
  • New point-of-service (POS) plans: They’ve introduced 10 new POS plans to pair with their HMO, deductible HMO, and high deductible health plan (HDHP) options, giving employees even more flexibility and choice. These POS plans allow in-network access to Kaiser Permanente providers and participating providers while giving members the freedom to choose any licensed provider. With a wide range of deductible options, including plans with cross-accumulation (POS XA) and an HSA–qualified option (POS XA HDHP), there are many POS plan choices to meet your clients’ employees’ needs. See the 2026 plan pairing guide for recommended combinations of pairing an HMO/DHMO with a POS or PPO plan.
  • HMO and deductible HMO plan refresh: Their HMO and deductible HMO plans have been updated to align with current market trends while better meeting the need for plan affordability.
  • New Kaiser Permanente Everyday Care plan options: Access to everyday care is easy with new plan options that feature $0 and $10 copays on office visits, lab tests, and generic drugs.
  • Expanded fertility coverage: In compliance with Senate Bill 729, all Complete Suite plans include coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and fertility services.
  • IRS changes to HDHP requirements: To comply with the IRS change to the 2026 minimum deductible for HSA-Qualified plans, six of their Complete Suite HSA-Qualified HDHP HMO plans are not included below. The six plans will be added back in once they have replacement plans built.

Many of the plans from their 2025 Complete Suite portfolio have been removed for 2026. If you're looking for a benefit summary or plan from the 2025 portfolio, reach out to your AM.
2026 benefit summaries do not reflect updated fertility coverage. All plans are compliant with SB 729. Fertility language will be updated pending regulatory approval.
