Warner Pacific Completes Acquisition of Five General Agencies from Acrisure

January 7, 2025—WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.—Warner Pacific, a trusted national General Agency for brokers nationwide, today announced that effective December 1, 2024, it has acquired five General Agencies from Acrisure, a global fintech leader empowering millions of businesses and individuals globally with solutions across insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity, mortgage services – and beyond.

Under the terms of the agreement, Warner Pacific will provide General Agency support to Acrisure’s North American Retail business while also gaining access to distribute Acrisure’s wholesale product suite across its vast broker network.

The five Acrisure General Agencies moving under Warner Pacific include:

1. Employee Benefit Risk Management – Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois.
2. Group Benefit LTD – Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Urbandale, Iowa.
3. Professional Group Marketing – Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Brewster, New York.
4. National United Brokers – Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Westerville, Ohio.
5. Mature Health Services – Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Palatine, Illinois.
