UPDATE (Nov. 30, 2021): The newly-published NAHU guidelines are available now. Click here to view or download the NAHU guidelines.

NAHU has published a resource center page on their website to help members comply with compensation disclosure requirements created by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA). The CCA requires compensation related to all group health plans and individual health insurance policies to be disclosed for arrangements entered into, renewed, or extended on or after December 27, 2021.

The disclosure must include amounts paid directly and those received indirectly related to group and individual health plans. This requirement applies to contracts with both fully insured and self-funded group health plan arrangements.  To assist, NAHU published a Broker Disclosure Template.

The NAHU Broker Compensation Disclosure Information page is located under the Compliance Corner section of NAHU.org.
