APEX Management Group Guides Brokers on Federally Mandated RxDC Reporting for 2023

Under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, employers are required to submit annual prescription drug and health care spending data to promote transparency in health care costs. The deadline for reporting 2022 data is June 1, 2023, and employers must provide necessary information through a CMS web portal. RCI is assisting in the submission process and requires employers to complete a survey by April 20th to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
