Health Net has announced a significant change for its California commercial large and small business, effective from November 1, 2023. The national PPO network for out-of-state providers will transition to the Cigna Healthcare PPO Network, providing no impact to Medi-Cal, Medicare, Individual & Family Commercial Business, or Oregon.
Health Net members enrolled in PPO plans will access the Cigna network at the in-network coverage level when outside of California. With an extensive selection of over one million providers and 6,200 facilities, the national Cigna PPO network promises competitive discounts and increased flexibility.
