Health Net Rx Deductible Correction

Health Net has amended the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for the following 2024 benefits as listed below: 

• Effective October 1, 2024, for all January 1,2024 through September 1, 2024, groups, the copayment for “Diagnostic imaging (including x-ray) services” has been increased from $60 to $65 (NOTE: for the Silver HMO D, Salud HMO y Más network, the increase applies to the Salud Network tier).

• Effective January 1, 2024, for all January 1, 2024 through August 1, 2024 groups, the prescription drug deductible has been reduced from $750 to $500 for individual members and from $1,500 to $1,000 for families.
