Anthem Life Insurance Company Appointment Needed for L & D

Beginning the week of February 5, brokers will receive an email from Anthem advising on the need to be appointed with Anthem Life Insurance Company for L & D only.  The appointment allows for the transition from L & D to the Standard at the appropriate time. Please note, this appointment is for L & D only and will not impact current appointments for medical, dental, and vision. Additionally, the appointment fee will be waived.
