Anthem rescinds Cottage Health notice of termination

Anthem has rescinded its notice of termination with Cottage Health comprising the below listed entities. While the current contracts remain in full force and effect, negotiations continue.  

Cottage Health provides services to members in Santa Barbara County.

• Cottage Urgent Care (PPO)
• Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories (PPO & Medicare)
