Health Net Rx Deductible Correction

Health Net recently discovered that their CaliforniaChoice® Silver HMO A plan for 2021 through 2024 and their Silver HMO D plan for 2023 through 2024 reflected a Rx Deductible of $750 single/$1500 family. The correct Rx Deductible for these plans is $500 single/$1000 family. Benefit Updates for the groups corresponding effective date were added to the employer’s Renewal page at calchoice.com. CHOICE Administrators will be managing all broker and group communications directly.
