• PPO: 0.3% statewide average
o Annual rate change: 1.7%
o 3 year rate change: 3.7%
• HMO: 2.5% statewide average
o Annual rate change: 9.1%
o 3 year rate change: 11.1%
Portfolio Changes:
• There are no changes to plan designs or networks for Q2 2024.
Underwriting Promotions:
Health Net continues to offer Simplified Underwriting:
• Enhanced Choice Promo through June 2024
o For groups with 5+ enrolling. 25% participation. Waivers required. No DE9C, payroll, ownership documents or prior carrier bill required.
• Sell HMO with 6 Promo through June 2024
o Mix and match any HMO plans. For groups with 6+ enrolling employees. No minimum participation requirement. No DE-9C, payroll, ownership documents, prior carrier bill, or participation attestation required. No waivers required when not paired with life or employer paid dental/vision.
