Landmark Health Decreases Rates Effective 1/1/2025

Landmark Health will decrease its rates effective 1/1/2025 for all new and renewing businesses on a fully-insured employer contributory plan by the following group size categories:

• 2-24 enrolled employees: +15% previously announced effective 11/1/2024, will be reduced to 8.5% effective 1/1/2025
• 25-199 enrolled employees: +15% previously announced effective 11/1/2024, will be reduced to 8.5% effective 1/1/2025
• 200+ enrolled employees: Rates based on claims experience

ASO fee charges remain unchanged at $3.03 PEPM for California employees and $3.56 PEPM for employees outside of California.
