1095B Forms Available on Portal

As a reminder for your AFA clients, we create and file 1095B forms to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Members will be able to access copies of their forms through the member portal beginning on February 8, 2025. If your client is in a state where paper forms are required to be mailed, we will mail those directly to members.

Although required for filing, members do not need these forms to file their taxes. We will file all forms to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by the federal deadlines. This service is only available for 2-50 groups.
