Good News! Anthem and Aspire Health Plan have mutually agreed to restore its former alliance in the best interest of their members to ensure services are readily available and accessible. Aspire Health Plan will rejoin the Anthem Commercial HMO Network retro-effective March 1, 2025.
Notification letters will be mailed by the end of the week regarding the return of Aspire Health Plan and specifically addresses how it impacts affected*
Message to members:
As of April 17th, your membership will be reinstated to your former Aspire Health Plan primary care physician (PCP) effective March 1, 2025. Upon receiving your new ID card, if you wish to remain with your current medical group/PCP or choose another PCP within Anthem’s network, please contact us immediately using the toll-free customer service number, 1-844-971-0117, OR the toll-free member services number on your current ID card. A member services representative will assist you to make the change.
