Introducing Anthem Skill through Alexa
Members can use Alexa to access information on their medical and dental plan. Enable the Anthem Skill by downloading the Alexa app through the Apple App Store or Google Play to get started. You can:
  • Ask for your digital member ID card
  • Get your health savings account (HSA) or health reimbursement account (HRA) balance
  • Check your progress toward meeting your deductible
  • Find out how close you are to reaching your out-of-pocket maximum
  • Use the glossary to learn what a health term means

Find Care
Find Care will combine the functionality of Find a Doctor and Estimate Your Cost into a single, integrated experience. It is designed to deliver a personalized, intuitive and engaging resource to help members connect with high-quality, cost-effective care.

Members will access Find Care using anthem.com or the Sydney Health App.

  • $0 cost-share for in-network COVID-19 treatment has been extended through December 31, 2020*
  • $0 cost-share telehealth visits in-network for COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 services has been extended through September 30, 2020*
  • The Virtual Care text feature on the Sydney Care mobile app allows members to chat with a doctor. The first two text sessions are free through December 31, 2020. Additional text visits are $19 each.*
  • New return-to-work tools available at www.anthem.com/ca/recovery
