Anthem PPO Promo Extended Through March 15 Effective Dates

Anthem Blue Cross is extending its dual network PPO promotion for rating regions one and nine.
 
Region one includes in the following counties:

• Alpine, Del Norte, Siskiyou, Modoc
• Lassen, Shasta, Trinity, Humboldt
• Tehama, Plumas, Nevada, Sierra
• Mendocino, Lake, Butte, Glenn
• Sutter, Yuba, Colusa, Amador
• Calaveras, Tuolumne

Region nine includes the following counties:

• Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito 

Originally for effective dates 10/1/19 through 1/15/20, the end date has been extended by popular demand. Now effective dates through 3/15/20 are included.
 
This promotion allows small groups to offer Anthem dual PPO medical. The employer’s principal business address must be located in region one or nine, and both PPOs must apply to the same group to qualify.
