Covered California Shares How-To-Guides for the MyCCSB Portal

Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) will be sending an email to Employer Groups highlighting where to access their step-by-step, instructional guides on processing adds and terminations within the MyCCSB portal.

With the MyCCSB Portal, it's easy for employers to access everything they need to keep their accounts up to date.

These guides can be accessed in the MyCCSB portal under Technical Guides/Videos. To locate these guides, follow these quick steps:
  1. The Employer will log into their MyCCSB account, and click the "Technical Guides/Videos" link located on the bottom left footer of the webpage.
  2. After clicking on the link, a pop up will appear where the Employer can select which downloadable PDF or step-by-step video to access.
