WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (May 4, 2021) — Warner Pacific, a leading health insurance general agency, has promoted three of its team members to C-suite positions. Jeff Papenfus now serves as Chief Business Development Officer, California. Debbie Adrian is now Chief Operations Officer, and Memo Rodriguez is Chief Information Officer.
Over the past 22 years Mr. Papenfus has been the catalyst behind the success of Warner Pacific’s California sales team. He was instrumental in developing its sales organization forming it into the industry leader that it is today. He also inspired several transformative technological solutions for agents and their customers. In his new role, Mr. Papenfus will drive Warner Pacific’s strategic direction and collaborate with departments across the company in instituting new initiatives that will secure and grow Warner Pacific’s market leadership. He will also continue to lead the California sales team.
When Ms. Adrian joined the Warner Pacific team, she immediately adopted a large portfolio, and in her nine-year tenure, she has led operations, communications, marketing and events teams across California, Colorado and Texas. She has driven enterprise projects to sharpen Warner Pacific’s systems, processes, controls and procedures, materially upgrading the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s customer service. In her new role as Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Adrian will continue to seek solutions and streamline the administrative side of the business. She will focus on company growth, expansion, and development of business and operational strategies that align with Warner Pacific’s mission and vision. She will continue to lead company events and employee engagement initiatives to promote Warner Pacific’s high-performing culture.
Mr. Rodriguez began working at Warner Pacific in 2005 as a senior software developer. Over the years, his role was expanded and he was given more responsibilities, serving as an application architect before being named department co-director and then vice president. In his new role as Chief Information Officer, Mr. Rodriguez will continue to positively impact the organization leading the IT team. His strategic initiatives and collaborative relationships will advance Warner Pacific’s leadership in innovative technology solutions and cyber security.
